Leeds haven’t gotten off to the best of starts this season, but they have a great chance to build a bit of momentum on Tuesday as they head to Craven Cottage to face Fulham.

Leeds have a dreadful record in London in recent years, but they did manage to win at Craven Cottage last time around, beating the Whites 2-1 in the Premier League last term.

This time around the two sides meet in Carabao Cup action, and as ever, that may mean Marcelo Bielsa decides to rotate his side as Leeds look ahead to a tough game against West Ham on Saturday.

With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Whites’ starting Xi for this one.

We think Leeds will rotate their side here, but we don’t expect this to be a weak side by any stretch.

Kristoffer Klaesson comes in for Illan Meslier, while Jamie Shackleton and Charlie Cresswell come into the defence.

The midfield is still anchored by Kalvin Phillips, largely due to a lack of depth in that area, with Adam Forshaw not expected back until the weekend.

Mateusz Klich and Tyler Roberts start in the middle, while Crysencio Summerville gets his first-ever start for the club after coming off the bench this weekend.

Meanwhile, Dan James starts on the left as Jack Harrison continues to isolate after testing positive for coronavirus.

Rodrigo starts as a number nine as we expect Patrick Bamford to be given a rest.
