There are few better players in the football league than him. The 25-year-old usually plays from the left flank, and is a gem of a talent.
Last season he scored 19 goals for the Irons, only Billy Sharp and James Vaughan scored more than him. However, he is a far better all-round player, having racked up 17 assists for his side.

He is a game changer, and pivotal to Scunthorpe’s success. He joined the club on a free transfer last season, and what a signing he proved to be.
Obviously, it will not be easy to lure him away, but Sunderland will still have a handsome amount to spend after receiving parachute payments owing to their relegation.
If they offer a tempting seven figure bid, it will be hard for the Irons to resist for a player they picked up for nothing.
He would represent a master-stroke of a signing for Sunderland, and the club should make an attempt to lure him away from Glanford Park this summer.
