The talented winger was speaking online after his cameo fir Aston Villa.

Aston Villa were defeated by Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship yesterday, losing 1-0 against Paul Lambert’s side.

It was a tough result to take for Steve Bruce’s side, who would have felt confident of getting the points at Molineux.

In the end however a goal from Joe Mason proved the difference between the two teams in this clash.

Aston Villa fans and players were obviously disappointed with the result, so tended to steer clear of social media after the game.

However, one of the younger players took to Twitter to thank the away following for their support on the road once again despite defeat.

Winger Andre Green tweeted:

The 18-year-old came into the action after 67 minutes for Albert Adomah and put in a good cameo display despite the defeat.

There are high hopes at Villa for the wide-man, who has impressed in the Aston Villa development team this season and looks like a potential future star at Villa Park.

Aston Villa need wide options and Green gives them that if given the right opportunity by Bruce and co this season.
