Tam McManus has said on Twitter that Liverpool winger Ben Doak could become a superstar.
The former Hibernian forward has said that his Scottish compatriot and Liverpool winger Ben Doak is a special player.
The PLZ Soccer pundit believes that Doak has what it takes to become a superstar for former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners Liverpool.
McManus made the comments about Doak while reflecting on the 17-year-old Liverpool winger’s performance for the Scotland Under-21 side against their Spain counterparts in a 2025 U21 Euro qualifier.
Ben Doak tipped to become Liverpool superstar
Spain won the match 1-0.
One of the best players on the pitch was Doak.
The winger showed his pace, was full of skills, was direct in his play, and was a constant problem for the opposition defenders.
And Doak almost scored.
McManus wrote about Doak on Twitter: “Not only a special talent technically but the hunger & desire in his game is evident too.
“Keeps his feet on the ground he can go & get 100 caps for Scotland and be a superstar for Liverpool.”
Liverpool and Scotland need to be patient with Ben Doak
In our view, Liverpool and Scotland fans need to be patient with Ben Doak.
There is no need for anyone to get too far ahead.
After all, Doak is only 17 now.

We believe that the Scottish teenager needs to continue to work hard and continue to learn.
There is no doubt that Doak is supremely talented.
That he is playing for the Scotland Under-21 side when he is just 17 shows just how good he is.
But, there is no need to put too much pressure on Doak right now or hype him up too much.
Let us not forget that Doak is just 17.
Everyone needs to be patient with the teenager and allow him to grow and develop at his own pace.
