Male joined local non-league side Tadcaster Albion and went straight into their starting line up.
Male is just 17-years-old and has been at Leeds since the age of six.
Last season at just 16, he made his debut for Leeds under-23 side.
The England youth international’s loan was described by Tadcaster as a ‘work experience deal’ on their official website.
Male featured at the weekend for the Evo-Stik East League side, but was on the losing end as they were beaten 2-0 by Carlton Town.
Male is in a big queue of young goalkeepers at Leeds, even removing Bailey Peacock-Farrell and Jamal Blackman.
Will Huffer, Kamil Miazek, and Dimitar Sheytanov are all battling with Harrison Male for chances in the academy, and going out to play a competitive game for a non-league side will help him gain experience.
It could be a while before he plays for Leeds’ first team, but he continues to be a name to watch.
