Liverpool have done a lot under Jurgen Klopp, but one thing they’ve not managed yet is to win a domestic cup.
Indeed, the German has often prioritised the league and the Champions League ahead of domestic silverware, but on Tuesday, Liverpool have a great chance to advance in the Carabao Cup.
The Reds play Norwich City, and while the Merseyside club are likely to rotate, you have to imagine that the Canaries will do the same as they attempt to battle against an immediate return to the Championship.
We do expect Liverpool to rotate though, and with that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Anfield outfit’s starting Xi here.

This is certainly a different Liverpool side to the one we’ve grown accustomed to seeing.
Caoimhin Kelleher starts in goal after Pep Lijnders confirmed the Irishman would be coming in for Alisson.
Two of the back four that started against Crystal Palace remain in the side here as James Milner and Kostas Tsimikas keep their spots at full-back.
Meanwhile, Joe Gomez and Nat Phillips start at centre-half.
It is an all-English midfield three of Curtis Jones, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jordan Henderson for this one, while a front three of Divock Origi, Takumi Minamino and Roberto Firmino starts up top.
Origi and Minamino may be in our team here, but don’t be surprised if we see Kaide Gordon appears off the bench as the 16-year-old bids to become one of the youngest players in Liverpool’s illustrious history.
