River Plate’s Lucas Alario in action
The agent of Lucas Alario has insisted the talented attacker has no intention of leaving River Plate this transfer window.
Alario has been consistently linked to Tottenham Hotspur, with Argentine channel TyC Sports reporting their interest last summer.
Spanish newspaper Marca reported Tottenham’s interest also earlier this season, with The Independent re-affirming their desire to sign him this past January.

Now it appears Spurs will have an even longer wait if they remain interested in the forward.
Alario’s agent Pedro Aldave was quoted in El Grafico stating: “Many clubs call for Alario, but the idea is to stay in River until December.
“The boy does not want to get off River’s boat while sailing.”

Alario has turned down a potential move to China in the past, and is currently trying to help River win the Argentine Primera Division.
They are in second place at present, four points behind bitter rivals Boca Juniors.
El Grafico report Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the payer who has a £15 million release clause.
This season the 24-year-old has scored 13 goals and provided five assists in 24 matches.
