Leeds reportedly enquired over Manchester City star.

Leeds United enquired after Manchester City star Fabian Delph, The Sun report.
It is claimed that Leeds have abandoned their plans to try and bring him back to Elland Road after learning his £15 million price tag.
It may be a fair figure for the 29-year-old England international, but it’s an extravagance Leeds can’t afford.
Had they won promotion to the Premier League, this would have been very different.
Leeds’ transfer budget would have exploded, and the chance to bring back Delph would have been feasible at £15 million.

Instead their play-off defeat to Derby County consigned the Whites to another season in the Championship, and a more moderate transfer budget.
It’s an agonising reminder of how close Leeds came, and the reality they find themselves back in.
The Whites must use this as motivation to fuel them to kick on and make sure next season they get the job done.
