Liverpool winger Xherdan Shaqiri has wished Leeds United central defender Robin Koch a speedy recovery on Instagram.
Koch has posted a message on Instagram, saying that he is recovering well and is fully focused on getting back to full fitness so that he can turn out for Leeds again.
The Germany international centre-back underwent knee surgery in early December after suffering knee ligament damage against Chelsea.
Liverpool winger Shaqiri – who cost the Reds £13 million in transfer fees when they signed him from Stoke City in the summer of 2018, as reported by BBC Sport – hopes that the 24-year-old recovers soon.
Shaqiri responded: “Gute bessereung broski😘💪🏼” (Get better brother)
