Robin Koch has taken to Instagram to mock Mateusz Klich for his left-footed woes in Leeds’ 0-0 draw against Arsenal on Sunday.

The Poland international missed a handful of excellent chances with his left foot against the Gunners, prompting him to admit that his weaker foot was ‘offline’ against Mikel Arteta’s side.

Yesterday, Koch – who cost Leeds £13 million – mocked that phrase with a brilliant Instagram post of himself playing PlayStation.

The Germany international posted the following.

At least Klich is playing up to the banter.

The Leeds No.43 replied to Koch’s post with a four-word reply of his own, saying: New software update downloading… 🔋 😜

On the basis of his fine form so far this season, I think we can let the Polish midfielder off for his errors against Arsenal.

Klich has scored two goals and made three assists in nine Premier League games so far this season, including an excellent strike at Anfield.

WhoScored shows that he averages 1.8 key passes per game in the Premier League, while also recording 1.7 tackles and 58.3 passes per 90 minutes in England’s top-flight.

On the basis of those respectable stats, Koch should go easy on Klich.

Having said that, it’s good to see a bit of banter around the squad.
