Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Celtic all feature.

Newcastle midfielder deal hits the skids
Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre (Thursday (10:51) has claimed that Newcastle United are ‘struggling’ to complete a move to sign Benfica midfielder Andreas Samaris on loan.
It was believed the Greece international was to be one of the Toon’s deadline-day signings, but due to the form of Sean Longstaff and Isaac Hayden, it is believed that Newcastle have put it on the back burner. A deal is not dead, though.
Sunderland confirm Celtic raid
Lewis Morgan’s long-winded loan move to Sunderland has finally been confirmed by the Black Cats on Twitter. The Hoops ace is reunited with Sunderland manager Jack Ross, whom he worked under at St. Mirren.
The 22-year-old, who was signed by Celtic in January 2018 and loaned back to St. Mirren before eventually joining the Bhoys in the summer, has only managed 13 Celtic appearances.
No go for Boro striker
Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre (Thursday, 10.55) has also claimed that Middlesbrough’s out-of-favour forward Rudy Gestede has opted to turn down a loan move to Championship side Millwall.
Gestede remains behind the likes of Britt Assombalonga, Ashley Fletcher and Jordan Hugill in Tony Pulis’ pecking order, making just four league appearances this season.

Portsmouth set to make signing
Finally, Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre (Thursday, 11:16) has also claimed that Wigan Athletic striker James Vaughan is undergoing a medical at League One promotion candidates Portsmouth,
The report does state that it remains unclear whether the former Sunderland and Everton striker will be joining Pompey on loan, or on a permanent basis.
