Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur have been strongly linked with Gabriel Jesus, and it seems that the Manchester City striker has finally made his choice.

The Telegraph reported only last week that Tottenham are competing with North London rivals Arsenal for Jesus in the summer transfer window.

Goal Brazil have now reported that the 25-year-old Brazil international striker is actively looking to move to Arsenal, not Tottenham.

The report has claimed that Jesus is trying to convince Premier League champions City and manager Pep Guardiola to sell him to Arsenal.

The Gunners have already made an offer for the £110,000-a-week (The Sun) striker worth €50 million (£42.92m).

That, according to Goal Brazil, is the only offer on the table for Jesus.

Arsenal to win Gabriel Jesus race ahead of Tottenham Hotspur?

In our opinion, it looks likely that Arsenal will win the race for Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus ahead of Tottenham Hotspur.

Goal Brazil‘s report suggests that Jesus is determined to move to Arsenal.

The striker worked with Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta when he was a coach at Manchester City.

Yes, Arsenal will not play in the UEFA Champions League next season, unlike Tottenham, but Jesus would walk straight into the Gunners’ starting lineup.
