Sergio Aguero scored all four goals in Manchester City’s 4-1 home win against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday.

Manchester City star Sergio Aguero is one of the best strikers in the world, and he proved so yet again on Saturday.
The Argentina international scored all four goals in the Citizens’ 4-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League.
The 26-year-old found the target in the 13th minute and then from the penalty spot seven minutes later. Aguero completed his hat-trick midway through the second half and made it 4-1 to the hosts 15 minutes from time, while also failing to convert a spot kick.
The former Independiente star joined City from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2011 for a reported transfer fee of £38 million.
The Spanish club did not miss Aguero as they signed a suitable replacement in Radamel Falcao, who is now at Manchester United, but City have hugely benefited from the arrival of the star striker.
The following stats demonstrated just how brilliant Aguero has been for City since his move to the Etihad in 2011, winning the Premier League title twice and the League Cup once.
| Season | Goals | Total Shots | Shots on Target | Chances created | Total Pass | Accurate Pass | Appearances | Mins Played | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sergio Agüero | 2011-2012 | 23 | 130 | 52 | 57 | 859 | 743 | 34 | 2,600 |
| Sergio Agüero | 2013-2014 | 17 | 86 | 43 | 35 | 490 | 416 | 23 | 1,539 |
| Sergio Agüero | 2012-2013 | 12 | 86 | 36 | 39 | 699 | 576 | 30 | 1,941 |
| Sergio Agüero | 2014-2015 | 9 | 36 | 20 | 6 | 191 | 160 | 8 | 528 |
Aguero has often suffered with injuries during his time at City, but when fully fit, he is one of the best and deadliest strikers in the world. Just ask the Tottenham defenders!
