Max Kruse would be a good signing for both clubs, despite a tumultuous career to date.

German forward Max Kruse is being linked with a move to the Premier League this summer. According to a report from Wednesday’s print edition of Sport Bild (31/05/2017) and later posted online by German website Weser Kurier, West Ham are keen on the Werder Bremen star.
Everton are also said to be keen, with talkSPORT relaying information from Sport Bild that he could be available for just £10.5 million.

The 29-year-old scored 15 goals for Werder Bremen this season, including 11 goals in his final 11 games of the campaign.
With 14 German caps to his name there is no wonder Kruse is attracting the interest of Everton and West Ham.

But he has had a tumultuous career in the game.
He was omitted from the Germany squad in March 2016 after a nightclub incident, as reported by the Daily Mail. He was left out of the 2014 World Cup winning squad for off-field reasons as well.

A talented poker player the Daily Mail reported that he was fined by former club Wolfsburg after losing winnings in the back of a taxi and the BBC also reported on his addiction to Nutella – which was apparently impacting on his game.
But, Kruse has recently shown off the form that won him international recognition in Germany and if he is settled off the pitch he could be a major asset to either Everton or West Ham.
