Leicester City have completed the blockbuster signing of Sporting striker Islam Slimani, confirming the deal on their official website.
The 28-year-old hitman smashed 31 goals in all competitions last season, and reunited with his Algerian international team-mate Riyad Mahrez at the King Power Stadium.
With Jamie Vardy, Shinji Okazaki, Ahmed Musa and Leonardo Ulloa also at the club, Claudio Ranieri appears to have a host of attacking options at his disposal.
Hull sign another Manchester United youngster
Hull City have also added to their squad, as another Manchester United youngster has joined the club in midfielder James Weir.
After landing Will Keane from the Red Devils earlier this week, the Tigers have now confirmed on their official website site that Weir has arrived too.
The 21-year-old has signed a three-year deal at the KCOM Stadium after Mike Phelan swooped to land him for an undisclosed fee.

Bournemouth have confirmed on their official website that Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has joined the club on a season-long loan deal.
Wilshere has been pushed down the pecking order by Arsenal snapping up Granit Xhaka, and he’s now decided to go out on loan to Bournemouth for the rest of the season.
The England international will now compete with the likes of Harry Arter, Andrew Surman and Lewis Cook for a place in the Cherries’ midfield.

According to the Daily Record, Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves has rejected a move to Sunderland – and Get French Football News report that Bordeaux’s Cedric Carrasso has done the same.
The Black Cats need a new goalkeeper after Vito Mannone was ruled out for three months with elbow ligament damage, but David Moyes looks set to be frustrated.
Brazilian international Alves is unwanted at Valencia, and they accepted an offer from Sunderland for his services, but he has snubbed the move, much like Bordeaux’s former France international Cedric Carrasso.

Sky Sports report that free agent attacker Hal Robson-Kanu has completed his medical with West Bromwich Albion, and will join ahead of the deadline.
The Welsh international starred at Euro 2016 with a superb goal against Belgium, and has been wanted by a host of clubs this summer having left Reading at the end of his contract this summer.
Having landed Matt Phillips and Nacer Chadli, Robson-Kanu offers another attacking threat out wide for Tony Pulis, whilst his free agent status means it’s a low-cost move for the Baggies.
Everton complete striker signing
Everton have confirmed the signing of Sheffield United attacker Dominic Calvert-Lewin on a four-year contract.
Calvert-Lewin, 19, has come up through the ranks with his hometown club Sheffield United, and hit eight goals in 26 games during a loan spell with Northampton Town last season.
The talented English forward will play for the Everton Under-23’s to begin with, as confirmed on the club’s official website, but he will be seen as a future firs-team player.

According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham are desperate to sign Newcastle midfielder Moussa Sissoko, and are ‘throwing the kitchen sink’ at the deal.
Everton have struck a £30m deal according to Sky Sports, but it’s now claimed that Spurs aren’t giving up their pursuit of the French midfielder ahead of the 11pm deadline.
It’s stated that, if Tottenham agree a fee with Newcastle, then he will head to White Hart Lane over Goodison Park, with Champions League football no doubt a huge factor.
