They claim that a £1 million loan fee will be enough to get the deal done, and Everton expect to complete the signing of the Frenchman later this morning.

The Swans are set to step up their pursuit of Liverpool man Lazar Markovic, after Borussia Dortmund pulled the plug on their proposed deal to sign Andre Schurrle, according to Sky Sports.
Tottenham Hotspur:

Tottenham agreed a £25 million deal to sign the Brazilian from PSG yesterday.
