Jamie O’Hara has reacted to Bukayo Saka penning down a new long-term and big-money contract at Arsenal.
A product of Arsenal’s Hale-End academy, Bukayo Saka cost the club a grand total of £0, but now, O’Hara thinks he is worth ‘£100m’, as he told talkSPORT.
Jack Grealish came through Aston Villa’s academy and was sold to Manchester City for £100 million – a British record transfer fee, at the time.

Saka is hitting much higher levels now than Grealish was when he was at Villa, so some would argue that he would fetch a higher price than ‘£100 million’.
Either way, at 21, the all-action forward is at the top of his game and producing his best football – Declan Rice reacted to the winger’s new bumper contract.
And for O’Hara, who was thrust into the limelight at a young age and given a lot of money during his playing days, has advised the player, ‘don’t waste it on stupid materialistic things’.
“He’s a £100 million player, isn’t he?!” said O’Hara. “If you wanted to buy him now. If Arsenal were looking to strengthen in that position and they wanted someone of that quality, you are talking Bukayo Saka.
“My only advice to Bukayo Saka, and he probably doesn’t need it, I hope that he has got the right people around him is that it doesn’t last forever and don’t think it’s going to last forever.
“Invest it wisely and don’t waste it on stupid materialistic things.”

SAKA IN 2022/23 PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM OF THE SEASON?
It’s been a season of many highs, and then difficult lows for Arsenal and Saka.
For many, many months, the north London club seriously felt that they were going to become Premier League champions, but it wasn’t meant it be.
But it shouldn’t hide the outstanding season Saka has produced with his 13 goals and 11 assists, which should put him in contention for a Team of the Season spot, but not for Michael Owen, who ‘demoted’ the England star.
