Manchester City, Swansea, Southampton, Tottenham, Manchester United, Chelsea, QPR and Aston Villa new-boys all feature in our round up of potential debutants.

Transfer deadline day saw plenty of new arrivals in the Premier League. Which of them may be ready to feature immediately this weekend? Here’s a run through…

Javi Garcia

Has been in training and is fit for the game at The Britannia where the Spanish international could make his debut for the champions. Matija Nastasic may also feature but Maicon only joined up with the team for the first time on Tuesday so is unlikely to feature.

Pablo Hernandez

He is fit and ready for Swansea’s clash at Villa Park as Swansea look to continue their promising form this season but he will have to force Wayne Routledge and Nathan Dyer out of the team first however.

Hugo Lloris

A lot has been made of him being number 2 but AVB likes a surprise or two so may just hand the Frenchman his debut. Seems unlikely after Friedel’s Norwich performance and subsequent public support from the gaffer but don’t discount anything with the Portuguese at the helm.

Christian Benteke

He will be available despite appearing in court in Belgium for an alleged car-jacking this week and being cleared of all charges. Will now want to make a mark on the football pitch against Swansea.

Cesar Azpilicueta

Will hope to feature after being fresh after the international break whilst Branislav Ivanovic has been in action against our home nations for Serbia. Played for the reserves last Friday so will hope to make the big step this weekend.

Alexander Buttner

The Dutchman is in line for his debut against Wigan on Saturday as Sir Alex is ready to drop the disappointing Patrice Evra.

Stephane M’Bia

Could play at the back or fill in for the absent Samba Diakite in midfield as QPR take on Chelsea in a huge fixture this weekend.

Gaston Ramirez

Saints new addition is a record signing from Bologna and is being tasked with saving the club from relegation. Played 90 minutes for Uruguay against Ecuador this week so may start from the bench but should make his debut alongside Mayo Yoshida, who captained Japan to victory against Iraq earlier in the week, against Arsenal.

Can these players make their debuts this weekend, and if they do will they have an impact?
