Siriki Dembele has been quoted by the National as saying that he is confident he will play alongside Celtic star Karamoko Dembele, his brother. The silky attacker has been linked with Celtic and Rangers recently.
The London-born star joined Ryan Christie’s Bournemouth in the January window for £1.5million (FS) from Peterborough. In and out of Scott Parker’s side, he has since scored two goals in his 13 games since joining in January.

Despite only just joining Bournemouth, Dembele may feel that his future is already in doubt. The Cherries have gained promotion to the Premier League. New signings are likely, but Dembele is already struggling to start.
As per the National, Dembele said that he expects to play alongside his brother Karamoko at some point. Siriki has been linked with both Celtic and Rangers, while Karamoko’s contract at Celtic expires this summer.
“I don’t know about that happening,” Dembele said when asked about Rangers and Celtic links. “But playing alongside my brother, I think that will happen one day. It would be nice, it would be very good. It will happen.”

It seems incredibly unlikely that Bournemouth decide to cash in on a player they signed just six months ago. He penned a contract at the Vitality Stadium until 2025, meaning he will remain until he is aged 28.
Meanwhile, his teenage brother Karamoko is likely to be weighing up his future with his contract due to expire. A move down south could be on the cards for the England Under-18 international, making a reunion tricky.
