Going out with your work mates can be a challenge. Going drinking is easy. You just pick the bar that is the least offensive to the majority of the imbibers. That’s how All Bar One, Corney and Barrow and other chains operate - by offering a safe, if not slightly boring, environment. Dining with your colleagues is different.
Brunch has become the most important weekend meal. It provides the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends, or to sit quietly on your own with the newspaper. In either case, it improves your quality of life.
2010 was a good year for eating. (And drinking.) So add them to your list of places to hit in 2011, if you haven't been already.
