The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has banned Lee Stewart, a former trader at Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (Rabobank) from the UK financial services industry for lacking honesty and integrity following a criminal conviction for fraud in the US.
