US federal prosecutors have arrested Stanislav Shpigelman, 23, an analyst in Merrill Lynch's M&A department, and 26 year-old Goldman associate Eugene Plotkin, in connection with a $6.7m insider trading scheme. 29 year-old former Goldman analyst David Pajcin was previously arrested in regard to the same matter.
