Jack Harrison scored just four Championship goals for Leeds United but Premier League champions Manchester City are still allegedly demanding £20m.

Few Leeds United players have divided the fan base quite like Jack Harrison.
Depending on who you ask, the Manchester City loanee was either a hard-working, useful cog in Marcelo Bielsa’s machine or merely an erratic, overrated wide man whose continued presence in the starting XI was little more than baffling.
Either way, every single Elland Road regular will probably agree that Harrison is worth nowhere near £20 million on last season’s evidence.

But that is the price-tag Manchester City have put on his head, according to The Sun. Leeds are keen to take the 22-year-old on loan for another season but, with City demanding a staggering sum and Premier League clubs expressing an interest, it seems unlikely that Harrison will not be back in West Yorkshire.
Though maybe that is not a bad thing. In 39 games, Harrison produced four goals and three assists – a record hardly befitting of a £5 million winger let alone a £20 million one.
Leeds could probably sign a much more effective winger, plus an extra centre-half and a replacement for Samu Saiz, with change from a £20 million bill. No wonder many fans aren’t keen to see Harrison return then.
