Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in Mario Fernandes, says Guillem Balague.

Well-known football journalist Guillem Balague has claimed on Twitter that Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are among the clubs who are interested in signing Mario Fernandes from CSKA Moscow in the summer transfer window.
Balague, who is a well-respected Spanish football expert and has extensive contacts in other leagues as well, has stated on Twitter that the 28-year-old right-back is being closely followed by United, City, Bayern, Chelsea and Barcelona.
Chelsea have a transfer ban imposed on him, but the Blues are hopeful of having it frozen while appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), as reported in The Daily Mail.
Balague has stated that it will cost a transfer fee of €25 million (£21.95m) to sign the Russia international, and that he will be a summer bargain.

Stats
According to WhoScored, Fernandes has made 26 appearances in the Russian Premier League for CSKA this season, scoring one goal and providing six assists in the process.
The right-back also played six times in the Champions League this campaign, according to WhoScored.
