Liverpool have got the better of Burnley 4-2 at Anfield in the Premier League, thanks to a brace each from Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
The result means that Jurgen Klopp’s side are now second in the league table with 73 points from 30 matches, just a point behind league leaders Manchester City.
Former Tottenham striker Lineker was following the match, and he believes that the title race will go down to the last game of the season.
City have a much better squad than Liverpool, and Pep Guardiola’s side are favourites to win the Premier League title this season.
However, the Reds are going strong, and backed by the Anfield faithful, the Merseyside outfit have a lot of confidence and optimism.
Liverpool have to maintain their good run of form and cannot afford to slip up at all in their remaining games in the Premier League this season.
