Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Cengiz Under.

Roma winger Cengiz Under attracted major attention last season, and it seems that he is also attracting transfer interest ahead of 2019.
Under, 21, showed promise in Turkey with Altinordu and Basaksehir before earning his big move to Roma in the summer of 2017, where he was signed as a star of the future.
Yet Under actually flourished immediately in Roma, scoring eight goals in 32 games for the Italian side to announce himself on the European stage.
Primarily a right-sided winger who cuts in on his left foot, Under is quick and skilful, possessing great technique and goal threat, having notched three goals and three assists in all competitions this season.
Roma will be looking for Under to thrive again this season, but they may have to fend off some January interest in his signature.
Calcio News 24 report that Arsenal and Tottenham are both interested in signing Under in 2019, whilst Bayern Munich are also being linked as a potential suitor for the wide man.

Now though, Altinordu president Mehmet Ozkan – who remains close to Under and his family having worked together previously – has told Turkish Football that he believes Under will be moving for big money soon, with Bayern very interested.
“Cengiz is being closely watched by Bayern Munich, all I’ll say is he could move for big money,” said Ozkan – and ‘big money’ may just be beyond Tottenham’s reach if Daniel Levy’s usual spending is anything to go by.
