Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard was pleased with Gers star Ross McCrorie’s performance at Ibrox.

Ibrox club Rangers hammered St. Johnstone 5-1 at home in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
McCrorie, who can operate as a defender or as a midfielder, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, and Rangers manager Gerrard was impressed with the display produced by the 20-year-old.
Gerrard told Rangers’ official Twitter about McCrorie: “He is not the finished article yet, so it’s important that I manage him right, which I will do.
“But today he was superb. Very, very happy for him. He deserves a lot of credit today.”
