Rangers star Alfredo Morelos made his international debut at the weekend. He nearly marked it with a goal.

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos made his international debut for Colombia at the weekend.
Colombia won the game but the match did not go quite as planned for the Rangers star.
Morelos’ debut saw him miss an open goal from just three yards out in the 2-1 victory against Venezuela.
The Rangers ace was positive after the game despite missing the chance to score.
Morelos told Diario Del Cauca: “I took advantage of the ten minutes I had and really lived it in the best way, it was a pride for me.
“I had a very clear possibility, but I was not lucky to score.”

Morelos has had an up and down season for Rangers so far, sent off twice already in the Scottish Premiership and Europa League.
Manager Steven Gerrard is a big fan, making sure the Rangers board rejected offers from abroad for him in the transfer window.
His call up into the Colombia squad will only have lifted his transfer value higher, and the striker will hope he gets called up for a second opportunity.
