Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has made a decent start to life in charge at Ibrox.

Rangers new-boy Kyle Lafferty spoke to Northern Irish radio station Cool FM, and raved about the quality of Steven Gerrard, suggesting that the Gers boss is going to be the next big thing in football management.
The former Liverpool and England skipper was handed the reigns at Ibrox in the summer, and he has undoubtedly made positive changes to the Rangers side already.
They were brought back down to earth last weekend, however, losing 1-0 to bitter rivals Celtic at Parkhead in the first Old Firm Derby of the season.
Lafferty, though, talked up the quality of Gerrard and the job that he is doing at Ibrox, suggesting that the Rangers boss is going to be the next big thing in the world of football management, when speaking exclusively to Northern Irish radio station Cool FM:

“Steven’s pretty impressive to be honest. He’s a young manager and the first two weeks, from what I’ve seen so far, he’s going to be the next big thing. The way he speaks and puts things across to the squad it is impressive. For any young manager looking to go into coaching or managing you just need to look at him. In the press, no matter who is asking him questions on what’s put in front of him, he’s coming across really well. And his training is tough.”
Next up for Rangers is a home game against Dundee next weekend, and nothing less than a win will do for Gerrard’s men, as they attempt to close the gap on Hearts and Celtic at the top end of the table.
