Grezda is yet to make his Rangers debut after joining from NK Osijek.

The Daily Record have reported that Rangers winger Eros Grezda has returned to Glasgow after Albania manager Christian Panucci ruled that the new Gers signing’s ankle injury meant he was not fit enough to play.
The 23-year-old joined Rangers in late August from NK Osijek, who Steven Gerrard’s side knocked out of the Europa League in the second round of qualifying with a 2-1 aggregate win.
Albania international Grezda failed to feature in either leg against Rangers, and last played in May as he picked up the ankle injury back in March but has failed to properly overcome the problem.
Now, the Daily Record claim Panucci has decided to send Grezda home, meaning the £1.8million signing will miss Albania’s clash against Scotland on Monday night.

The injury will come as a blow to Gerrard and Rangers, with Grezda signed to replace Jamie Murphy who suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury during the 3-1 League Cup win over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.
Gerrard will now have to choose from the likes of Glenn Middleton, Daniel Candeias and Ryan Kent against Dundee at Ibrox next weekend when players return to their clubs after the international break.
