A panel has ruled against Glasgow Rangers.

The SPFL has ruled against Rangers for the disciplinary measures they took against Lee Wallace and Kenny Miller, BBC Sport report.
The two players were suspended after the Scottish Cup semi-final defeat to Celtic in April, and played no further part that season.
The reasons for their suspension were not detailed, with neither player featuring in the actual game.
The duo were both fined at the time, with Miller since leaving the club upon his contract expiring.
Manager at the time, Graeme Murty, has since left his post and is back working with the under-20s.
Wallace has begun to get back involved with the first team in recent weeks, with new boss Steven Gerrard bringing him back into the fold.

For Miller particularly the situation was a sad one, ensuring his long running association with the club ended on a sour note.
Here is a look at how Rangers fans reacted to the reports. Without knowing the specifics of what went on behind the scenes, some are hoping this will be the end of the matter…
Glad it’s finally finished with. Miller is gone and Wallace is merely a squad filler now. Onwards and upwards.
