Barisic joined Rangers this summer from NK Osijek.

Borna Barisic could not choose between Rangers manager Steven Gerrard and NK Osijek boss Zoran Zekic after being asked which he thinks is better in the dugout.
Since taking over at Rangers, Gerrard has lost just one of his 13 matches in charge and has pushed the Gers into the Europa League group stages. But his side have also fallen victim to the worst league start in 29 years.
Meanwhile, Zekic is now in his fourth year with Osijek but has lost his captain Barisic and winger Eros Grezda to Gerrard’s side. Barisic’s form for Rangers has seen the 25-year-old earn a call-up to the Croatia squad.
Asked who he believes is the better manager, Barisic sat on the fence and stated that both are good in their own ways before discussing his time at Rangers since joining the club in August.
“One and the other are great, the question is just how much you absorb,” Barisic said. “We needed to play with Rangers, they wanted to bring me in immediately. The top is everything, I started playing right away, think we have a good team.”

Zekic was spotted swearing at Rangers fans, according to the Daily Mail, after the Gers knocked Osijek out of the Europa League in the second round of qualifying this summer.
With three caps already to his name, Barisic could make his fourth appearance for the World Cup finalists in the UEFA Nations League against Portugal on Thursday.
