Rangers are reportedly set to snap up defender Joe Worrall.

According to the Daily Mail, Rangers are set to snap up Nottingham Forest defender Joe Worrall on a season-long loan deal, with a medical imminent.
The Gers have tied up 12 new signings this summer, with Kyle Lafferty the latest arrival last week, but two more new faces are imminent for Steven Gerrard’s side.
Osijek winger Eros Grezda is all set to join the Gers subject to international clearance, but a defender has been a top target for Gerrard ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.
Connor Goldson and Nikola Katic have starred, but there is a crippling lack of depth behind them, and Gerrard has made it a priority to bring in competition in the heart of his defence.
Now, after making a superb start to his managerial career, Gerrard is set to take his summer signing total to 14, with the Daily Mail reporting that Nottingham Forest defender Joe Worrall is set to undergo a medical to join alongside Grezda.
Worrall, 21, has emerged as the top loan target for Rangers in their hunt for a defender, given that he has slipped down the Forest pecking order following deals for Michael Dawson and Michael Hefele.

The 6ft 4in centre back has been touted for a huge future, and has seven caps for England across Under-20 and Under-21 levels, with Premier League clubs recently tracking him.
Now though, Worrall is all set for his move to Ibrox, and could find himself immediately thrusted into the Rangers squad to face Celtic in the Old Firm derby this weekend.
