Rangers attacker Joe Dodoo will hope his Ibrox bosses are paying attention.

Rangers attacker Joe Dodoo kickstarted his latest loan spell with a goal for Blackpool last night.
Dodoo was told he was not part of Steven Gerrard’s plans at Ibrox this season, two years after he joined Rangers from Leicester City.
He had a disappointing loan spell with Charlton Athletic last season and needs to be a success with Blackpool.
Dodoo has had a rocky start, often used as a substitute, while Gary Bowyer, the manager who signed him quit after one game.

Interim boss Terry McPhillips is in charge at Bloomfield Road and he oversaw Blackpool’s win over Coventry City, in which Dodoo score the Tangerines’ second goal.
He told Blackpool’s official website: “I thought he was good and he was a threat all night. Joe was a willing runner who got his just rewards.”
Dodoo will hope he can now hold down a regular starting spot and start scoring on a consistent basis.
The fact that his hard work is being acknowledged by his manager is a positive sign.
Dodoo could have to start impressing all over again if a new permanent boss is appointed by Blackpool, but that should not change his approach, and just be another hurdle he has to overcome.
