Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers reportedly want to sign former Gers striker Ross McCormack from Aston Villa.

Rangers and Aston Villa fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding the future of Ross McCormack.
Ibrox club Rangers are interested in signing McCormack from Villa in the summer transfer window, according to TEAMtalk.
It has been reported that Steven Gerrard’s side are keen on securing the services of the former Leeds United striker on loan this summer.
The Villans have reportedly told McCormack to try to find a loan move this month and will cover almost all of his £40,000-a-week salary.
McCormack started his professional club football career at Rangers, but the 31-year-old Scotland international could not make a massive impact during his time at Ibrox.
The Scotsman went on to star for Cardiff City, Leeds and Fulham, but the striker has struggled during his time at Villa so far.
