West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady impressed with Rui Patricio signing by Wolverhampton Wanderers

Wolves signed Patricio in the summer transfer window following the goalkeeper’s departure from Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon.
The 30-year-old Portugal international goalkeeper has arrived at the Molineux Stadium on a free transfer.
Patricio is one of the best goalkeepers in Europe and was part of the Portugal squad that won the European Championship in 2016.
West Ham vice-chairman Brady has been impressed with the signing of the Portuguese by Wolves, who are playing in the Premier League this season after clinching automatic promotion from the Championship at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Brady wrote in The Sun while discussing the signings made by Fulham and Wolves in the summer transfer window: “Fulham acquired no fewer than 12 new faces for more than £100million, while Wolves gave fresh employment to ten at a cost of around £65m.
“One of them, Portuguese international keeper Rui Patricio was a bargain free transfer.”

New goalkeeper for West Ham United
West Ham also signed a new goalkeeper in the summer transfer window, bringing in Lukasz Fabianski from Swansea City.
According to The London Evening Standard, the Hammers had to pay Championship side Swansea a transfer fee of £7 million in order to secure the services of the 33-year-old Poland international goalkeeper.
