Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are linked with a move for Kyle Lafferty.

Stuart McCall has told BBC Sport that Kyle Lafferty has the goals to improve Rangers, but he doesn’t want him to replace Alfredo Morelos.
The Daily Record reported on Thursday morning that the Hearts striker was set to re-join Rangers within the next 48 hours.
The Gers have already seen one offer of £200,000 knocked back by the Tynecastle club and Hearts boss Craig Levein – who reportedly wants £1 million for the big man – confirmed recently that both clubs remain in negotiations over the 30-year-old.
Interestingly, Rangers marksman Morelos is linked with a move away after Bordeaux saw a £3.75 million bid rejected in recent days.
Lafferty previously spent four years at Ibrox until their financial problems arose in 2012 and although McCall backs him to be a more mature player this time around, the ex-Blues manager wouldn’t want him to come as Morelos’s replacement.
“Lafferty’s somebody who’s been there and seen it and a bit more mature now I would think,” he told BBC Sport. “We saw his goal against Celtic at the weekend – a fantastic finish – and he’s got goals in his locker.
“Morelos has been linked to go out, but I hope it’s not the case that one is out and one is in and I don’t think it will be. If Lafferty comes on board, it will be another strong signing for Rangers.”
McCall is probably right. Lafferty, who scored against Celtic last week, is a fine asset in Scottish football, but he only has a number of years left in him.
The Colombian hitman, however, is only 22 and bringing in the Northern Irishman as Morelos’s replacement does not make a great deal of sense.
