The former Rangers striker looks to be heading back to Ibrox as Steven Gerrard’s side near agreement.

Rangers are close to reaching an agreement to bring Kyle Lafferty back to Ibrox, according to the Edinburgh Evening News.
And the newspaper claims a deal for the former Rangers striker is expected to go through within days.
Rangers are said to have had an early offer of £200,000 rejected by Hearts, but talks have continued – as revealed by Craig Levein, the Jambos’ manager, on Thursday.
According to the Edinburgh Evening News, the deal could involve Lee Wallace, the Rangers left-back, moving in the opposite direction.

Wallace began his career at Hearts, his hometown club, and spent years in the Scottish Premiership leaders’ first team before signing for Rangers, where he is now fourth choice.
Lafferty’s signing would increase Rangers’ pool of strikers to three, after Umar Sadiq and Alfredo Morelos.
Morelos, however, has been linked with a move to Bordeaux, although the Colombian striker is in line for a new contract, according to Steven Gerrard, the Ibrox manager.
