Confirmed Rangers line-up v Maribor: Ejaria starts, Kelly on the bench

A general view of Ibrox Stadium is seen ahead of the EURO 2016 Qualifier match between Scotland and Georgia at Ibrox Stadium on October 11, 2014 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Rangers take on Maribor at Ibrox in the Europa League this evening.

Rangers starting line-up: McGregor; Tavernier, Goldson, Katic, Flanagan; Coulibaly, Ejaria, Arfield; Kent, Candeias, Morelos.

Rangers substitutes: Foderingham, Halliday, McCrorie, Kelly, Middleton, Sadiq, Murphy.

Rangers are back in Europa League qualifying action this evening as they host Slovenian side Maribor at Ibrox, having seen off FK Shkupi and Osijek in the previous rounds.

The Gers are edging closer to the Europa League group stage after their previous wins, but face their toughest task yet as they face Maribor, who finished second in Slovenia's top flight last season.

Rangers line up with Allan McGregor in goal, as has been the norm since his return this summer, whilst James Tavernier starts and captains the side despite speculation about a return to England.

Connor Goldson and Nikola Katic continue their burgeoning partnership in defence, with Jon Flanagan at left back, having seen Declan John sign for Swansea City today, whilst new Gers signing Borna Barisic is cup-tied.

Lassana Coulibaly features in midfield but there is no Ryan Jack, with Scott Arfield and Ovie Ejaria called upon to join Coulibaly in the heart of the Rangers midfield tonight.

Ryan Kent and Daniel Candeias will start out wide, supporting Alfredo Morelos, who starts for Rangers after being sent off early into Sunday's clash against Aberdeen.

Wes Foderingham is named on the bench, alongside Andy Halliday, Ross McCrorie, Glenn Middleton, Umar Sadiq and Jamie Murphy, as well as 18-year-old midfielder Stephen Kelly.
