Glasgow Rangers ace Josh Windass is being linked with a seven-figure move away from Ibrox before the English window closes this week.

The Daily Mail reports that Waghorn – who headed to Portman Road from Ibrox last summer – is heading to Derby County for £5 million, and the Tractor Boys have responded by making a bid for the Rangers star.
The Mail reports that the Gers have received a £1.2 million offer for the 24-year-old, who scored 18 goals in all competitions last season and won the penalty that allowed Steven Gerrard’s side to take the lead at Aberdeen at the weekend.
It remains to be seen how Rangers respond to the offer, but it would be a huge shock if the Gers decided that £1.2 million was enough for them to let Windass leave this summer.

The former Accrington Stanley ace may not always unite the crowd, but he is a player who boasts a lot of quality and is capable of some of the most energetic performances when he is at his best.
His occasional ability to go missing in games should perhaps leave Gerrard and Mark Allen considering a potential fee that they would be willing to sell Windass for ahead of the final hours of the English window, but that figure should be significantly higher than what Ipswich have reportedly offered, and thus, they should have no hesitation in rejecting what the Championship side have put on the table.
