Two French clubs are interested in signing Rangers striker Morelos.

Two French clubs are reportedly interested in signing Alfredo Morelos from Rangers, and Steven Gerrard must consider selling the striker on one condition – if the French sides offer a fee similar to the reported £11million figure from Beijing Renhe in February.
Sunday will have shown manager Gerrard that 5ft 8in Morelos is a commodity that should be sold if the price is right, after he was sent off for a straight red card for kicking out at Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna.
His performances as Rangers attacking spearhead will have only placed more doubts in fans’ minds. Morelos did score 18 goals last season, but he failed to do it in the big matches – failing to score against Celtic despite having golden chances.

If the Gers can rake in a fee of anything near that figure then a sale must be considered by Gerrard, who can then reimburse such figures into a talismanic striker as well as addressing other areas of squad that require strengthening.
Indeed, Morelos’ stock is nowhere near as high as it was six months ago, so receiving anything with eight figures should be accepted by Gerrard and Rangers.
