Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly keen on signing the Besiktas defender.

According to a report from Turkish media outlet Sabah, Wolves are interested in signing Besiktas centre-back Domagoj Vida, and have already made an offer worth €18 million (£16 million) for his services.
Vida, 29, performed superbly well for Croatia at the World Cup in Russia this summer, and unfortunately for Besiktas, his fine displays obviously did not go unnoticed.
According to Sabah, Liverpool, West Ham, Leicester, Tottenham and Wolves are all interested in signing the centre-back, but it is the Black Country outfit who have offered the most money for his signature.
Vida is a fiercely competitive defender, and he plays with a certain type of tenacity and aggression that would seemingly make him ideally suited to the robust nature of the Premier League.

He would undoubtedly be a wonderful addition to Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad this summer, if the Portuguese does in fact manage to bring the experienced defender to Molineux.
£16 million will not be enough to secure Vida’s services, though, according to the Sun, with the Turkish side valuing him at around £25 million, but in today’s day and age, that would still represent decent value for money for Wolves.
