Manchester City and Everton are interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur youngster Omari Forson in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.

It has been reported that the talented and promising teenager has been training with Everton this week.

City are also claimed to be interested in the 14-year-old left-footed forward, and watched him when he was nine years old and at West Ham United back in 2014.

The Daily Mail has claimed that the prospect of joining the Citizens appeals to Forson’s family, although Spurs would reportedly be extremely resistant to the idea of the forward leaving.

Teenage prodigy

Forson has progressed well in recent years, and reported interest from City and Everton underlines just how big a talent he is.

It is important, though, that the youngster and his family make the right decision in terms of his future in the coming weeks.

Tottenham, City and Everton all have great academies and youth set-ups, and it will be interesting to see where Forson ends up this summer, if indeed the teenager leaves Spurs.
