Confirmed Everton line-up v Bury: Mirallas starts, Lookman on the bench

General view as the inside of Goodison Park is seen prior to the Premier League match between Everton and Watford at Goodison Park on November 5, 2017 in Liverpool, England.

Everton take on Bury in a pre-season friendly this evening.

Everton starting line-up: Stekelenburg; Coleman, Jagielka, Keane, Baines; Schneiderlin, Davies; Mirallas, Dowell, Ramirez; Tosun.

Everton substitutes: Hewelt, Williams, Martina, Niasse, Klaassen, Besic, Vlasic, Holgate, Lookman, Pennington, Robinson, Kenny.

Everton are back in pre-season action tonight as they make a short trip to Gigg Lane to take on League Two side Bury.

The Toffees hammered Austrian minnows FC Irdning 22-0 on Saturday afternoon, with Marco Silva getting off to a frankly unbelievable start against terrible opposition.

Everton will expect a slightly tougher test tonight, but it's another chance for players to impress new manager Silva early into pre-season.

Veteran Maarten Stekelenburg starts in goal with Jordan Pickford on an extended break from World Cup duty, whilst Seamus Coleman, Phil Jagielka, Michael Keane and Leighton Baines make up a tried and tested defence.

Morgan Schneiderlin and Tom Davies start in midfield, with Kevin Mirallas, Kieran Dowell and Sandro Ramirez supporting Cenk Tosun in attack.

That means that Ademola Lookman is left on the bench, alongside Mateusz Hewelt, Ashley Williams, Cuco Martina, Oumar Niasse, Davy Klaassen, Muhamed Besic, Nikola Vlasic, Mason Holgate, Ademola Lookman, Matthew Pennington, Antonee Robinson, Jonjoe Kenny.
