HITC Sport understands Valencia are set to beat Premier League clubs to Serbian star Kostic.

A number of Premier League clubs are set to miss out on Hamburg attacker Filip Kostic with Valencia leading the race for the Serbian international, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Kostic has long been a target for several Premier League clubs with Southampton linked with a move for the speedy winger this summer.
However, Valencia appear to be in pole position to land Kostic with the Spanish giants in advanced talks with Hamburg over a deal for the 25-year-old.
Hamburg are resigned to losing Kostic following their relegation from the Bundesliga last season and Valencia are ready to offer Kostic an escape route.

Valenci are looking to strengthen their squad this summer as they plan for life back in the Champions League next season and they see Kostic as someone who can add to their attacking options at the Mestalla.
Kostic scored nine goals and provided six assists in 65 games for Hamburg after joining from Stuttgart in the summer of 2016.
Kostic featured in all three games for Serbia at the World Cup in Russia, but could not prevent his country from crashing out at the group stages.
