Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion supporters are reacting to reports linking Grzegorz Krychowiak with a move to Anfield.
The Sun reported earlier this week that Liverpool are considering a permanent move for Krychowiak, the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder - although that they are the only major British publication to do so perhaps tells its own story.
And despite Krychowiak having made his name in an impressive Sevilla side, prompting a £24 million transfer to PSG two years ago, few Liverpool fans would welcome his arrival, it seems.
This is what they're saying on Twitter...
Apparently we are linked with Krychowiak? I would actually take that, he WAS phenomenal and Klopp is the right man to bring him back to his old self. Provides really good cover for Fabinho, with Henderson covering Keita and Oxlade-Chamberlain covering Fekir.— Declan Rowe (@decZ109) 11 July 2018
Lol. Huge fan of Krychowiak, and I wanted him before he went to West Brom but now what’s with the obsession with midfield players? https://t.co/mUJbWwNJjI— Rorschach (@KillSimao) 11 July 2018
Would’ve taken him... a couple years ago.— Inder (@inderghandial) 11 July 2018
Krychowiak from 2016 - yes, he can give LFC a lot— skromnie (@KonradPieta) 11 July 2018
Krychowiak from 2018 - without form, 3 levels lower than 2 years ago
@BelieveInKlopp please tell me the krychowiak deal is nothing but false— Al (@ali_hassanbad) 11 July 2018
And some West Brom fans are urging Liverpool to swerve the Poland international...
He was bang average in a uninspiring wba side, whilst on £120,000 a week wouldn’t get a game at anfield, besides that only knows how to play on a dry pitch#klippertyklopp— Paul Hickman (@CreatureJo) 11 July 2018
Don't. He's shite— Andrew Hood (@andyhood0) 11 July 2018
Dynamo Moscow are also named by the Sun as Krychowiak suitors, with the newspaper adding that the 28-year-old does not wish to return to a bench role at PSG.
