Manchester City’s Patrick Roberts will reportedly join Leicester City.

Patrick Roberts was hugely successful during his loan spell at Celtic from January 2016 until the end of the 2017-18 campaign, winning the Scottish Premiership three times, and the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Cup twice each with the Hoops, and there was no surprise whatsoever when it emerged that West Ham United and Leicester City wanted to sign the Manchester City winger.
Back in May, The Express reported of interest in Roberts from Leicester and West Ham, and it now seems that the Hammers are set to miss out on the former Fulham youngster to the Foxes.
According to The Mirror (Transfer Live blog, 19:18pm, Saturday, July 7, 2018), Roberts is leading to Leicester from Premier League champions City in a £10 million deal.
Good signing for Leicester City?
Roberts is a very talented and promising young winger, and the 21-year-old’s performances at Celtic during his loan spell underline his calibre.

Roberts – who earns £25,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – would be a superb signing for Leicester.
With his quality on the ball, ability to take on opposition players and his extensive passing range, the youngster would soon make himself hugely popular among the King Power Stadium faithful.
