Ever since leaving Southampton for Manchester United, Morgan Schneiderlin has struggled to find his best form.
The Frenchman has been at Everton for 18 months now and a mixed level of performance has seen him drop out of the France reckoning.
Like many of his Everton teammates, Schneiderlin is going to be battling to win over new boss Marco Silva over the coming weeks.
The 28-year-old sent a message on social media last night expressing his excitement to be returning for pre-season training.
Back to the UK after a much needed break. It wasn’t all relaxing though. Thanks to Fabien for putting me through some tough sessions.— Morgan Schneiderlin (@SchneiderlinMo4) July 1, 2018

There have been conflicting reports on Schneiderlin's future over the past month.
Days later it was claimed by The Sun that Ligue 1 club Marseille are keen on his signature.
Whichever the case, Schneiderlin is displaying a positive attitude and is not going to be forcing an exit, it would appear.
Here is a look at how Everton fans responded to his message on Twitter...

If you’re hungry like you say are your a big asset to the team, if you stroll about like you have done for 18 months you’re not worthy of a place in the match day squad.— Neil (@spuddy1878) July 1, 2018
Best of luck this season mate honestly I want you to stay just give 100% for the shirt every week x— Simon J Villiers (@sjv_simon) July 1, 2018
