Arsenal and Liverpool fans react to Wolves signing Rui Patricio

Wolves have swooped for Rui Patricio, and Arsenal and Liverpool supporters believe their clubs have missed out.

Wolves continue to show they mean business this coming season and have wrapped up another impressive move.

Yesterday the club announced a deal to sign Sporting Lisbon goalkeeper Rui Patricio after the shot stopper dissolved his contract.

Wolves' business is quickly becoming the envy of the Premier League, with the latest deal signing Portugal's number one goalkeeper.

Rui Patricio is currently at the World Cup and led Portugal to Euro 2016 glory.

Wolves had previously been linked with Bernd Leno, who is now on the verge of a move to Arsenal.

The Mirror report Arsenal are on the verge of signing Leno, who has a reputation for being error prone.

Fans have questioned whether they are signing an inferior player and been beaten to the better option by newly promoted Wolves.

 

 

 

Arsenal fans are not the only ones put out by Wolves' latest deal.

Patricio is about as reliable as they get, and fans are wondering why the Reds have not acted to bring him in.
