UEFA have been investigating PSG since September after the French champions paid a world record £200m to Barcelona for Neymar in August 2017 and then loaned Kylian Mbappe from Monaco with a £165.7m option to make that permanent this summer.
Now the Parisians are "under close scrutiny" and will need to start moving members of their squad on quickly in order to remain within FFP rules.
Who could go and where?
According to the Express, Julian Draxler is likely to depart the Parc des Princes in a bid to raise money. The arrival of Neymar, who plays in Draxler's preferred position on the left wing, saw the Germany international fall down the pecking order last season.
If available then should Tottenham Hotspur take a closer look at the 24-year-old as they look to bolster their own options in the final third?
Spurs have been keeping a close eye on Anthony Martial, reports the Telegraph, with the forward tipped with an exit from Manchester United this summer.
Yet if the North Londoners can't sign Martial - who also plays on the left flank as well as a striker - could a deal for Draxler help soften the blow?
